Pizarro joined the Blues from Bayern Munich on a Bosman deal.
He said: “It’s a very big challenge for me coming to the Premiership.
“We all have pressure in our work. You have to be ready for that if you want to win things and be a good football player. I have a lot of experience in that and it won’t be a problem.
“The Premier League is faster than football in Germany but not better. I played for Munich for six years. There was a lot of pressure there too and it won’t be a problem here.”
