The 30-year-old’s contract expires at the end of the season, but reports says Pizarro has agreed a new deal with the Giallorossi.
“I want to end my Italian career at Roma, then I will go back to Chile for a few years,” Pizarro said earlier this year.
“I am settled at Roma. I have never had any desire to leave. My daughter would not allow me to: she is eight and is loving it in Rome.”
Pizarro has agreed a two-year extension at the same wage that he is currently receiving, but is yet to sign the deal.
