James believes they can even manage a win as he prepares for the challenge.
“United are in red-hot form so it won’t be easy but our view is that, until the end, anything can happen,” James told The Sun.
“Wayne is a class act and I think he’s been world class for a few years now,” he said of in-form United striker Wayne Rooney.
“I was sure Wayne would score more goals this season with Ronaldo out of the United side.
“He facilitated a lot of what Ronaldo did over the last two or three years and it was a matter of time before he started to score more.
“Now he has much more of an influence on scoring goals rather than supplying them. He can get his goals until March then should save them for the World Cup.”
