Grant has been linked with a move away from Portsmouth, due to their poor financial situation.
“We’ve all heard the rumours that Avram will take the West Ham job and, maybe, that’s why all the fans stayed at the end to thank him,” Brown said.
“Of the team which started against Chelsea, there may be four or five of us still here in August.
“I’m still under contract so, unless I hear otherwise, I’ll be back for pre-season training on July 1.”
