The 23-year-old has recently been linked with the likes of Manchester United and Liverpool.
“I know a lot of English clubs are watching Delvin,” Ndinga’s agent, Milan Calasan, told Sky Sports.
“Delvin has impressed in the Champions League and a lot of teams are keeping an eye on him.
“I believe Delvin would be ideal for England as he has all the attributes to be a success in England and he would love the chance to play in the Premier League.”
