The new deals will keep the duo at Deepdale until the summer of 2013.
“First and foremost they have earned the contracts by the form that they showed towards the end of last season and obviously this pre-season,” Preston manager Darren Ferguson told the club’s official website.
“They are going to be valuable members of the squad. I think we have indicated that we are trying to get more players through and there are others behind Danny and Adam.
“They are the future of the football club and I am delighted to get them new contracts.”
