The new four-year deal will keep Pritchard at White Hart Lane until the summer of 2019.
“I’m very happy to commit my future to Tottenham and I really want to get my season started now,” said the 22-year-old.
“I’ve had a solid couple of weeks training under my belt and hopefully I can kick-on from here.
“All I want to do is pull the shirt on and play.”
Pritchard joined Spurs as a schoolboy and signed his first deal with the club back in 2009.
“It’s been about hard work and dedication and hopefully it’s starting to pay-off now,” he said.
“But it’s only the start of things so hopefully this season I can show people what I can do.”
