Lavezzi has joined the French side for an undisclosed fee.
The highy-rated forward has signed a contract that will keep him at PSG until the summer of 2016.
“PSG is a club of the future … The sporting project seduced me,” he told reporters.
“It’s a sporting progression (to join PSG). Paris is a dream city to live in.”
