United have already had a £22million bid for Modric rejected by Spurs.
Modric is reportedly one of PSG coach Carlo Ancelotti’s top targets this summer.
PSG scouts watched Modric in action for Croatia in their Euro 2012 win over the Republic of Ireland on Sunday.
