The highly-rated striker came close to joining the Dutch giants in the January transfer window.
“PSV attempted to sign me on a six-month loan deal in the January transfer window, while Club Brugge wanted to add me to their team as well. However, Anderlecht turned both clubs down,” said De Sutter to La Derniere Heure.
“I was really disappointed that Anderlecht didn’t allow me to move clubs. My current situation at the club is not as I want it to be as I hardly get any playing time.
“PSV are a good club and I’d have loved to join them. I could have learned a lot there in six months. This also proves that clubs are aware of my qualities, despite my lack of first team action this term.
“Maybe PSV will give it another try at the end of the season. I’ll just focus on Anderlecht for now and we’ll see what happens next summer. I might get more playing time if the club cash in on Romelu Lukaku.”
