Voetbal International reports that Feyenoord sporting director Martin van Geel has revealed that PSV have made a move for the 20-year-old.
Wijnaldum’s current contract at Feyenoord is set to expire in the summer of 2012.
Wijnaldum recently rules out a summer move to Ajax.
