The 27-year-old will join PSV on a free transfer this summer and has signed a three-year deal with the Dutch giants.
PSV coach Fred Rutten said: “He is a dynamic and athletic all-round midfielder. He is a versatile player, who can play an anchor role in midfield.
“We’ve been monitoring Hutchinson closely this season, ever since we met FC Copenhagen in the Europa League campaign.”
