Vaagan Moen has agreed a two-and-a-half-year contract with QPR and will join the club on a free transfer from Norwegian side SK Brann.
“He’s a player I watched a lot of last season and I’m delighted we’ve been able to bring him to the football club,” Warnock told the club’s official website.
“He’s a left-footed midfielder, who can play anywhere in the middle third of the pitch.
“He’s got a fine goalscoring record for a midfield player. He’s tenacious, an English type midfielder if you like, and he’s fitted in really well since he’s been training with us.
“He’s got all the attributes to adapt to the English game and we just felt we needed another left-footed player in the squad to give us that balance that you need at this level.”
