Fernandes insists they will not make a move as the former England skipper would not get into the QPR midfield.
Beckham has recently been linked with the likes of Tottenham and Paris St Germain, as well as QPR.
The former Manchester United star’s contract with MLS side LA Galaxy is nearing the end.
Fernandes said: “I’m not sure where we’d play Beckham because midfield is our strongest area right now.
“Anyway, I think he’s happy where he is, so I don’t think it will happen.”
