The new deal will keep Quagliarella at Juventus until the summer of 2015.
Quagliarella has two years left on his previous deal with Juventus, but has now signed a 12-month extension.
Quagliarella joined Juventus on loan from Napoli in August 2010, but the move was later made permanent.
