The 27-year-old has just recently returned from a cruciate ligament injury that has kept him out of action for seven months.
Ramage’s current contract at QPR is set to expire at the end of the season.
“I want to stay here for the foreseeable future and the gaffer knows that,” Ramage said.
“I haven’t sat down and talked to him but he knows I want to stay.
“The gaffer has said he wants to see if I can still do what I do, and hopefully I’ll do enough to impress him and earn a new deal.
“This is the place to be at the moment so I’ve got no intention of leaving unless I’m told otherwise.”
