The Daily Mail reports that Rangers are keen to bring in Wright-Phillips as a replacement for Kenny Miller.
Miller is expected to leave Rangers and both Birmingham and Bursaspor are keen on signing the striker.
Bursaspor are reportedly set to hold talks with the striker over a £50,000-a-week two-year contract.
