Miller has reportedly agreed personal terms with Bursaspor over a deal that will see him earn £50,000-a-week.
“Rangers completed an agreement in principle with Bursaspor today but are awaiting paperwork before the transfer can be completed,” read a statement on the club’s official website.
Miller’s contract with Rangers was set to expire in the summer.
