Reading’s Sidwell closing in on Newcastle move

Sidwell’s contract at Reading expires in June, and he could join Newcastle on a Bosman.

Toon boss Glenn Roeder is keen to bring in Sidwell as a replacement for Emre, who looks set to leave the club in the summer.
