Mijatovic told AS: “He has always impressed us positively. I know him very well, I used to play with him when we were at Fiorentina.
“I rate him highly because I believe he has great potential, he can score from any position.”
He added: “We know that Cassano wants to return to Italy, at the end of the term we will meet to see if we can grant the player’s wish.
“Now however it is too early to discuss this issue, we want to focus on the last two matches of the campaign. We want and can win the championship.”
