DiBenedetto and Ilpetroli, the holding company of the Sensi family who currently own Roma, have agreed to 30 days of private talks over the capture of the club who have been plagued by financial problems in recent years.
Ilpetroli said: “It has been decided to proceed with a phase of exclusive discussions with the company DiBenedetto AS Roma LLC, which has made the most competitive offer that we have been presented,”
