Spurs managed to win the game 2-1 after a 76th-minute striker by Darren Bent.
Redknapp said: “We showed terrific character to come back and I thought we battered them for 35 minutes.
“It gives lots of games coming up, but I’d rather be in the semi-final than out and it gives us a great chance.”
