Ribery has been linked with a move to the Spanish giants in recent months.
But Bayern are keen on keeping Ribery at the club and the Frenchman has a contract with the club until 2012.
“Franck wants to play for Barca,” he told RAC-1 radio station. “He is a great player for [Bayern Munich].
“He is the best player in Germany and his style of play would suit Barcelona’s style because he is very technical and is strong going forward.”
