Bayern could miss out on a Champions League spot for next season and Ribery admits it would be difficult for him to stay if they do.
The 26-year-old has been linked with several clubs, including Manchester United, Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester City.
He said: “It would be difficult for me to stay if we do not reach this goal.
“It is why the club must, at all cost, finish at least in second place.
“We want to win the league and it is still possible.
“But the priority of the club and of the coach is to make sure we finish at least in second place to qualify for the Champions League.”
