The 25-year-old is in his second season at the Allianz Arena.
He told L’Equipe: “I feel fine at Bayern, it is a great club. Die Bundesliga has less media coverage than other leagues like Spain or England.
“What would be important is to have a bigger squad. The officials are trying to get big players.
“What could help me to stay in the future is to see great players coming and see we would have the means to win the Champions League.
“Nowadays, I believe clubs like Manchester United, Chelsea or Barcelona have more chances to win the competition.
“I have already said if I could choose, I would immediately sign (Lyon midfielder) Jeremy Toulalan. In Ligue 1 there are some players that could help us.
“The officials want to make a lot of changes in the team, hiring big names, because we need it.”
