Riggott told the Evening Gazette: “This season has been really frustrating. Naturally any player wants to play but I’ve got no problems with the two centre halves, they’ve been playing well.
“It’s just up to me to fight for my place and play well when I get the chance.
“I’m happy at the club and happy to fight for my place, that’s the be-all and end-all.
“There is competition for places, that’s what the manager wanted and we’ve got that and I’m happy to compete for it.”
