Rijkaard said: “It’s true, we’re conceding too many early goals.
“I believe this is down to a lack of aggression and concentration. Not only in closing down players, but in everything that comes with that.
“Look at Raul’s goal on Sunday. It was too easy. There wasn’t enough pressure.”
He added: “We’ve conceded goals by giving away the ball too easily. We must pay attention to these mistakes, get tighter and act more as a team.
“The last two results against Real Madrid and Chelsea have forced me to reflect on how we’re doing things. Like pressuring opponents and the balance of the formation.”
Barcelona will face Badalona in the Copa del Rey on Wednesday.
