With Bayern struggling to qualify for the Champions League amid a poor season, the Dutchman has hit out at Europe’s second competition, saying winning the tournament would be meaningless to him.
“I cannot imagine playing in the (Europa League). That is the worst that can happen. I think it is better if you don’t play in it at all.”
