Rodgers insists they will not sell any players, unless they receive a £30million offer.
Michael Vorm has recently been linked with the likes of Chelsea and Manchester United.
Joe Allen, Nathan Dyer, Scott Sinclair, Ashley Williams and Neil Taylor have also been linked with moves away from Swansea in January.
“I cannot say for certain that we will not get a £30 million offer for one of our players this month,” Rodgers told South Wales Evening Post.
“But I am feeling relaxed and comfortable because I know the players here are happy and they know this is a window where big business is not going to happen.
“I speak to my players regularly, and they know it is a fantastic place for them to be.
“We are a top-ten club in the Premier League, so there are not many clubs who are going to fulfill the needs of the players at this moment.”
