Cicinho’s agent, Ricardo Sarti, has confirmed the deal to Globoesporte.com.
“Out of respect, I prefer to wait for this final meeting, but negotiations are at an advanced stage,” he said.
“We have already agreed terms with Sao Paulo who have increased their offer for the player and have also got the green light from Roma.
“Cicinho’s wish will be granted this time around, but the player wants to part with Roma amicably.”
