Il Corriere dello Sport reports that Roma boss Luis Enrique is keen to bring in a new midfielder and could make a move for the Brazilian star.
The 24-year-old has also reportedly been linked with a move to Juventus.
The Porto midfielder reportedly has a €30million buy-out clause in his contract.
