The 26-year-old has been linked with a move to Inter Milan in recent weeks.
“There has been no contact with Inter, but if they asked about Cassano obviously we would sit around a table to discuss it, also for a question of respect” he told Mediaset Premium.
“Inter could certainly put players on the table who might be important for Sampdoria.”
