Marotta has been linked with a move to Juventus in recent days.
He said: “These are just journalistic rumours. I have a commitment with Sampdoria until 2011 and I’m fine here.
“There is no reason to anticipate my leaving, and that’s the same for Cassano and Palombo. During my thirty-year period of my career, this has been the longest period that I’ve spent at a club.
“I’m in seventh heaven with Sampdoria. Colantuono started attaching me to these colours when I was at Varese.
“Here we have created a model: a great balance in the accounts, and consequently a sports objective. As a fan I say that tasting something more would be nice.
“However, we must not forget that the Garrone family saved the club from bankruptcy, and we have a great youth sector. I say it with pride that the Primavera has obtained the grand slam.”
