Cassano has been linked with Manchester City and Fiorentina in recent days.
“The Cassano question will be managed with particular attention because he is an extraordinary resource, an extraordinary asset… And I won’t say anything else,” Garrone told Primocanalesport.
“Any offers will have to be well above his release clause [said to be around €20m] and this is also Cassano’s wish.
“I personally don’t believe that a transfer is possible, also because the transfer window closes in two days and I don’t predict any offers,” he concluded.
