Oliveira will listen to offers for the 22-year-old if the midfielder wants to leave Santos in January.
“The player’s will is the most important thing,” Oliveira told reporters at a news conference on Tuesday.
“In case Ganso wants to leave Santos and our interests are preserved, we can negotiate.
“But until today, no offer for him has arrived. I let Andre leave [to Dynamo Kiev] in 2010 and I have let other players leave after that, I do not want to slow down anyone’s career.”
Ganso has recently been linked with the likes of Tottenham, AC Milan, Anzhi Makhachkala and Paris St Germain.
