Hernanes has long been linked with a move to the Biancocelesti.
“The meeting held yesterday between the president Juvenal and director [Igli] Tare went well,” Hernanes’ agent Federico Penha announced.
“Sao Paulo have accepted the offer of €14m and the Traffic group, who also holds a percentage of his contract, have given their green light.
“Currently the final details regarding the player’s wages are being discussed, but there is minimal distance between the two parties.”
