The People reports that Sevilla have are set to beat off a host of Premier League clubs and sign the Wigan striker this summer.
Wigan boss Roberto Martinez is keen to keep the 25-year-old at the club, but the striker could join Sevilla in a £10million deal.
Rodallega has also been linked with Sunderland, Newcastle, Everton and Birmingham.
