Reports have linked Kondogbia with moves to the likes of Arsenal, Manchester United, Manchester City and Chelsea.
Spanish giants Real Madrid are also reportedly keeping tabs on the 20-year-old’s situation at Sevilla.
“He is not for sale and this year whoever wants him will have to pay his buyout clause of 20 million euros.” Del Nido said.
Kondogbia’s current contract at Sevilla expires in 2017.
