Simplicio has recently been linked with a January move to Lazio.
“The deal is almost done,” declared Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini in a recent interview with Stadionews.
“He is like a second son to me, and even if the agents are too greedy, we will certainly reach a timely agreement.”
