Real Madrid have agreed a deal with Inter Milan, according to Sneijder’s agent.
“I have received a phone call from Real that a deal has been done,” Soren Lerby told De Telegraaf.
“I have spoken to Wesley, but at the moment he doesn’t know what he wants. He will think about that now.
“If he is interested in a move, we will have a meeting and look if they can meet his demands.”
