Sorensen’s current contract with Stoke is set to expire in the summer.
“If I decide to try something then now would be the time,” he told BT.
“If I stay on for another two years at Stoke I’ll be 38 when my contract ends.
“But, on the other hand, I’m doing fine at Stoke.”
