Spector has a year left on his current contract with the Hammers but is hoping to hold talks with the club owners over an extension.
“I have one year left on my contract and I would be happy to see out my contract,” Spector told Sky Sports.
“I am happy to stay at the club, but it is up to the owners.
“I don’t know what is going to happen as I have not had any discussions and there have been no discussions with my agent.”
