The Sunday Express reports that the clubs are lining up bids of around £3million for the England U16 midfielder.
The highly-rated youngster is also being linked with Scottish giants Celtic.
The England Under-16 midfielder can play wide or just off the striker.
The youngster signed a scholarship contract at Palace earlier this year.
