Foster has revealed he may have to quit Old Trafford in order to get regular first team action.
Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp is in the market for a new keeper, following Carlo Cudicini’s bike accident last week.
Foster is desperate to keep his place in the England squad.
He admitted: “It’s very disheartening not even being on the bench at United.
“I’m third choice for United yet playing for my country. It’s a weird one and I’ll see what happens.”
