Harry Redknapp has been given funds to spend by Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy in January, and confirmed the club would be looking to bring Beckham to the club.
He said they would contact LA Galaxy to see if they would be willing to let him leave on loan for three months.
Beckham has previously said that he would be interested in a move to a Premier League team to keep his hopes of playing for England again alive.
