The 30-year-old has just a year left on his current contract at Auxerre and it is believed the French side could decide to sell the defender this summer.
He said in the Daily Star: “I have contacts in England.
“Stoke and Blackburn are the most serious ones and there’s also QPR to a slightly less degree.”
He added: “Werder Bremen and Hannover have also been in touch. But Germany is my third priority behind England and France.”
