Stoke signed forwards such as Kenwyne Jones, Jonathan Walters and Eidur Gudjohnsne this summer, something that have linked Fuller and Tuncay with moves away from the club.
“There’s no way I’ve forgotten about them,” Pulis told The Sentinel.
“Everyone knows how highly I regard Ric and everyone certainly knows how much he has achieved here.
“He’s a potential match-winner and game changer in my book and those are rare players.”
Tuncay reportedly came close to joining Wigan Athletic this summer.
Pulis added: “We’re delighted he hasn’t gone anywhere.
“Now he’s been here for a year, we’re hoping he understands us better and will kick on again.”
