Arsenal have reportedly held talks with Stuttgart regarding a move, but are yet to make an bid for the defender.
The 23-year-old is also being targeted by Tottenham and Juventus.
Tasci’s agent Uli Ferber said in The Sun: “Serdar admires English football and has huge respect for Arsenal.”
Tasci’s contract with Stuttgart expires in the summer of 2014.
