Tevez is desperate to leave for a big club, and having seen a move to Corinthians scuppered, Milan now want him as they look for cover for Antonio Cassano.
“I spoke to Carlos and he is happy to move to Italy,” Joorabchian reportedly told Italian reporters.
“We have spoken to Milan and the big Italian clubs are good options. Tevez wants to play at an important club.”
