He said: “I’ll always remember our final game of the season at Old Trafford when our fans were singing ‘Argentina, Argentina’.
“For someone like me, who had an uncle who fought for the Malvinas and knows the feeling that existed after that war, it was incredible to hear that chant.
“I was amazed I could be an idol for English fans and it made a huge impression on me.”
